Made this for dinner last night. Everyone loved it! We liked it so much, we are having it again tonight. The only difference I used was Garlic powder instead of Garlic salt (we try to limit salt in our house). YUMMY!

My husband and three small kids all ate it great, my hubby and daughter actually said they loved it! I however just thought it was okay. I have learned though that when I hear lemon I think sweet and it definately wasn't sweet. So out of my family of 5, two rated this a 5, two rated it a 4 and one rated it a 3. The only thing I changed was I had two really large boneless pork chops so I butterflied them and grilled on the George Foreman.
