Fresh Apple Cake II
Made this today with the fresh apples from our trees. The guys loved it. It's moist, loaded with apples, cake part bakes nice and fluffy.

Green Beans with Blue Cheese
I used olive oil and feta cheese instead of bacon fat and blue cheese. Didn't measure, just browned some walnuts in the oil, threw in the steamed beans and heated through, added feta and served. This was un- believable! It was so delicious. My husband and two six-footer boys loved it. Not a scrap left.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I asked for a scaled version for 12 muffins. I tried it just like it said. I got 12 big muffins. They were firmly declared "much better than bakery" by my 21 year old son. They are moist, sweet, crunchy on top. Great recipe!
