Bratwurst Stew

I had some leftover brats and didn't know what to do with them until I came upon this. I came out great and I am serving it for supper tonight. I wouldn't call it a stew as it was not thickened with anything. Maybe that is why others added potato. I liked it just the way it was written.

Easy Red Beans and Rice

As it says it was easy. I really liked it. Did add more garlic but I like garlic. Could not understand why anyone would leave out the tomatoes. Since I live alone I used 1/2 the kiebasa and one can of beans. Give it a try.

No-Fuss Rice Pudding

Wow! Someone is watching out for me. I had just got a rice cooker which I love and then wondered what to do with the left over rice and this recipe came along. So easy and it reminded me of what mom made when I was a child.

Wow! This one of my favorites now. I used grape tomatoes in stead of cherry and added a clove of garlic, 1 tlb. of parmesan cheese and used rice wine vinegar.

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Since I live alone I used this on a split hogy roll. It was great but I had lots of left over butter mixture so I used it on mashed potato the next day. YUM! You have to try it.

Baked Zucchini de Provence

Maybe explaining what is in Herbes de Provence would help those who can't find it in their stores. It contains a mix of ,dried Fennel, Rosemary, Thyme, and Lavender.
