Sourdough Starter
First time I made starter and this one is a "good ern" as we say here in the south has the perfect sourdough smell after 4 days in a hot laundry room.lol.

Plain and Simple Sourdough Bread
This was my first sourdough bread experience and certainly not my last.This recipe is a "dinktum to my danktum" as we say here in the south.I did have to add 3/4 cup extra of warm water because it was too dry I thought but it turned out wonderful.Thanks

Apple Cake I
This turned out great very moist!. I did have to cook 1hr.10 minutes cause everyones oven is different will make again and add pecans and coconut
