Great recipe. I am slightly concerned by the eating chicken that has been marinating in a cup of oil though. So as much as I enjoyed it, it will be an infrequent meal at best.

Homemade Mac and Cheese

It was okay. The family and I did not really like the breadcrumb cover. But that might be the choice of bread crumbs that I used. I was hoping that the kids would gobble it up, like some other reviewer's families . . . but after 20 minutes of the kids picking at the food, it did not quite happen.

Sausage Pasta

Easy and tasty. Will definitely make this again. Added some smoked paprika to the mix to give a little more flavour. As with another reviewer, I also added 10 aspargus tips. Apart from the grease of the sausages, a healthy meal.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

I did not like this recipe. Too ketchupy? (I know, this is not a real word). The ribs lacked any real verve. There is a recipe on allrecipes that is unbelievable, and I rate all rib recipes against that bar. This was not close.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Great - but a little spicy for the kids. I am not sure what a can of chile beans looks like? Is that a cultural reference to jalapeno peppers. If not . . . that is how it is packaged in the grocery stores that I shop at. I thought this was a really good recipe for anyone able to handle the spice!

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Great Recipe for a person who does not really like mashed potatoes. However, I wish people would dsign recipes for a single serving (as I find the conversions to a family of four with four servings often does not work all that well when I do it.)
