Simple Country Ribs
Boiled the ribs for aprox. 45 minutes in a pot of 1/2 water & 1/2 beer w/2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 an onion (qtr), salt, pepper & a few dashes of soy sauce. We then grilled them for an additional 30 minutes, coating heavy with bbq sauce on each turn. We ended up with very tender ribs that nearly fell into the coals. They were all totally gone at the end of the meal.
