Texas Caviar with Avocado
I made this for my office potluck. I used a mixed of black beans and red beans instead of black eye peas. I made it the night before without the avocado then added it in right before serving. I didn't like the soupiness so I used a slotted spoon before I served it to get the juices out. And ...It turned out delicious!!

Best Ever Popcorn Balls
It was very fun to make. It was nice and chewy. I decided to go with Kettle Popcorn. I took them for a bake sale. And it went well. But ...my reason for only three stars. I thought it tasted too sweet. Any ideas on how to de-sweeten this treat??

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw
