Ricotta Gnocchi
So delicious and incredibly easy. Although these are really filling, I will double my recipe next time. They make fantastic left-overs!

Crisp Sugar Cookies
Would be much tastier if I hadn't used 100% whole grain flour. Next time I will try a 50/50 split between whole grain and regular flour. They are quite crispy though which is my favorite texture for a cookie.
