Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Well, I made it for work. Came back the next day and it was all gone. Very simple recipe and will make another and have a peice this time. Everyone said it was GREAT!

Amazing Southwest Cilantro Lime Mango Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

I made this one last night. I tweaked it some, instead of the salsa I made mango salsa and served whole chicken breast on cabbaba bread. YUMMY
