About this Cook
Need a new hobby that keeps my stress down so I decided to learn to cook.
My favorite things to cook
Anything on the grill or in the pan! I like food with a kick most of the time (southwestern style Tex-Mex, etc.) BAM!

Cuban Ropa Vieja
Just as good as I have had in Cuban restaurants! Only change I made was adding more garlic. Will definitely be making this one again!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Ok..I didn't make exactly...I used beer instead of broth and 4 lbs of pork butt (cheaper) on high for 6 hours. Finished baking it with Jack Daniels Original BBQ sauce and put on a kaiser roll. Mmmmm! One of the easiest to make and tastiest pulled pork recipes ever!

Shepherd's Pie VI
Excellent recipe! First time I ever made it and it was better than most times I have had it out. The only changes I made were adding 1/4 cup of Worcestershire to the ground beef mixture before cooking and a packet of brown gravy mix to 1 cup of water instead of the beef broth. Also added frozen peas (microwaved) on top of the carrots. Hope ya got big stomachs for this cause it can feed a small army ;-)
