Butter Flaky Pie Crust
This is a keeper! I'd never attempted to make a crust from scratch before as it always seemed too daunting of a task. Not anymore! This was simple and the crust came out great. Thanks so much for this simple recipe. I won't be buying pre-made crusts again.

Cheddar Pear Pie
I've been meaning to write my review for a few weeks now...after having made this pie 3 times already this Fall. I wasn't too sure about the Cheddar cheese but was it ever the best! The topping is just sweet enough to offset the pear filling. We had so many left-over pears and this was a wonderful way to use them up. I even made a pie for my neighbors..they loved it! Thanks much for sharing.

Cajun Crabmeat Au Gratin
I was looking for a recipe to use up left over crabmeat. WOW! This is so tasty. Instead of using heavy cream, I used evaporated low fat milk and I used lesser amounts of salt & cheeses. It still came out great. I love the bit of "bite" the cayenne pepper gives it. Serve with a salad and it's a complete meal. You gotta try this.
