WONDERFUL RECIPE! We have had these meatballs in sandwiches, on whole wheat pasta, and on mashed potatoes with gravy. The whole family loves them! One small change, I use about half the bread crumbs just to cut back on the 'bad carbs' where I can.

AMAZINGLY GOOD!!! I just made a dozen this afternoon and they're already gone! When I first saw the recipe, I thought, a box mix would just be so much easier, but I dont' think I will ever do a box mix again. 2 changes I made: I didn't have any lemons to zest, so I added a couple tablespoons of lemon juice. I also used half regular flour & half whole wheat flour. Y U M M Y !!

I made this recipe one night when I didn't have any steaks in the house. I used it to marinade some pork chops instead. This stuff is so good, my kids thought they were eating steak!!!! It really gives your steaks a 'steak house' flavor!
