Soda Pop Cake

My family absolutely loved this cake. My husband would have sat down and ate the whole thing if I had let him and I found a desert other than ice cream that my 2 year old will eat :)

So if I could give anything to someone to eat that describe what I think heaven would be like it would be these...Even my husband who refuses regular chocolate sandwich cookies couldn't stay away from them....YUMMY!

French Toast Souffle

Yummy...I did change one thing. Instead of white bread I used some apple fritter bread I had bought. It gave it just a little boost in the flavor. All in all I will make this agian!

Banana Cake II

I was so scared that this recipe would turn out more like a banana bread instead of cake, but was I wrong. I made both cupcakes and a sheet cake with this recipe. I have to say I like the cupcakes better. I didn't add any icing becuase of my 1 year old daughter, but no one missed it. The only thing I did different was I added 1/4 cup of half-n-half to make it more smooth. All in all my family loves it!!!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

I made this for my Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! I did have to substitute the milk though. I forgot to pick it up milk the day before, but I did have my daughters Very Vanilla Soy Milk. I was so worried using it would make it taste different because I excluded the vanilla due to the soy milk already being flavored, but it was awesome all the same.This will be on my at least once a month list!
