I have many accomplishments, I aquired the rank of Eagle scout at age 14, I am a honor roll student, and am going to be a surgeon. I specialioze in many skills, first aid, whittling, cooking, survival skills, and teaching. I teach cooking skills to new adult leaders in the Boy scouts program, and am very adept at using a cast iron dutch oven, commonly used on coals instead of a stove.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook chicken and beef, not so good with fish. I am an excellent baker, so most things requiring an oven are easy for me. My favorite thing to cook though is apples, they are just so delicious fried.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mothers side of teh family is 100% italian, so my grandmother teaches me many recipes and techniques, she is my mentor really. My fathers side is mostly southern, thus I have cooking skills from totally different sides of teh world.
My cooking triumphs
My very first time cooking I made a spiced bread, and it was absolutely delicious, a real favorite of mine. I am very good at cooking venison, as well as making blends for spices, such as curries. I have a very intimate understanding of almost every spice known.
My cooking tragedies
My very first time making stew I failed miserably, It was so disgusting, that even after my grandmother spruced it up, it still wasn't very appealing. :(
