Flatlander Chili

This is a really good chili recipe! I didn't change a thing. It also made my house smell wonderful while it was cooking. My neighbors asked what I was cooking! Definitely a keeper!

These were excellent! The only thing that I did differently was I used butter flavored shortening instead of butter, I didn't feel like waiting for the butter to soften. They turned out wonderfully, this recipe has replaced my old stand-by cookie recipe.

Pumpkin-Apple Muffins with Streusel Topping

I used the allrecipes calculator to double this recipe and made as written. They turned out wonderfully moist and delicious! The bits of apples are a nice surprise! I took them to work the following day and they were even better, my co-workers raved! The only thing that I might add (not that they need it) would be a little drizzle of cream cheese flavored bakers icing on top. Thanks for the fabulous recipe, I will make for many falls seasons in the years to come.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

I would never eat my mother in-laws tuna noodle casserole or any thing else with tuna in it for that matter until, I made this! This is the best tuna noodle ever, so creamy and yummy. We ate it for dinner and then for lunch a couple of days later it re-heated very well. I would highly recommend this recipe!

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

This is a very good recipe, I used cubanelle peppers instead of banana because they are larger and easier to stuff. I covered them with one large can of red sauce and put them in the crock pot on low for about 6 hours. They were awesome! I had a lot of stuffing left over but I just popped it in the freezer for next time. Will make again!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a very good recipe, I used a rotisserre chicken purchased from my local grocery and it turned out great. This was the first time every that I was happy with my homemade soup! We ate it with some nice artisan bread the first night and had it for lunch again a few days later, it was even better then. Give this recipe a try!

Glazed Apple Cookies

I doubled this recipe using the allrecipes calculator and these cookies baked up wonderfully. They are very tasty and moist. My co-workers simply raved and they were gone by lunch time. I highly recommend trying this recipe!

Easy Apple Coffee Cake

I made this cake as directed and it baked up beautifully. However, when I sliced it, it fell apart in the middle where the layer of apples are. I did a little repair work and took it to work anyway, my co-workers raved! I will defintely make again with a little less apples this time.

Apple Squares

I doubled this recipe and baked in a 9x13 pan. I made two separate batches, one in a glass pan and one in a lined metal pan. They both came out the same, delicious! I took them to work and they were all gone by lunch time. I highly recommend this recipe!
