Pear Honey
Great recipe but I found that the cooking time should be less, if you do not want a thick honey. I suggest checking after an 1 1/2 hour. Put a small drop on a plate to check thickness, if needs longer check in 10 mins. Has a great taste and is good with toast or tea.
