I've been cooking professionally for over 40 years, since 1968. I've been a chef/caterer since 1995 and been a proficient ice sculptor since 1989. Cooked food served cold for buffet platter arrangement. Holiday meals and outdoor cookouts. I've cooked for state dignitaries and through the years, served some famous musicians and film actors. I've had special event newspaper spotlights and appeared on local public billboard ads. Once we were testing a stovetop smoker idea and we ruined a 5lb. salmon filet.
