Best Ever Banana Bread
This recipe is THE BEST!!! I made it exactly as in the recipe except I added 2 T of flax seed meal to make it healthier. Even the crust is scrumptious! This is a keeper~it is easy and delicious!!

BLT Chicken Salad
This was a very filling entree salad. I added shredded cheese to it also. The dressing was quite tasty. I used romaine lettuce.
