I am a mother of five kids, and for the first time in over 22yrs I have only 2 kids at home. Boy was that a change in my cooking habits! ;) I am a work at home mom, www.spiritualgiftedpsychic.com. Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
These cookies are great! I used 3/4 cup brown sugar in place of the granulated sugar, Dumped a bunch of cinnamon in ;) added 1/4 teaspoon cardamom and did not have cloves so I put in allspice. I also left the dough in a zip lock bag, in the fridge over night. I did not even get a chance to frost them! I will have to double the batch next time. :)

Focaccia Bread
Very good! I add more spices...and real garlic. Personal preference. Family DEVOURS this! I cook it on a pizza stone...this is a keeper!
