Grilled Mediterranean Greek Pizza with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

I made this in the oven, since it was too cold to grill. Love the flavor of the chicken sausage. Nice and spicy! I also skipped the feta and used all pizza cheese. Delish!

This candy is delicious and so easy! Based upon previous reviewers' advice, I used two teaspoons of peppermint extract. Next time, I will use Adnes mints.

Delicious and this could not be easier! I used Costco's packaged grilled chicken strips that I cut into bite size pieces which worked great. Rotisserie chicken would be good too.

Rum Glazed Grilled Shrimp

I made these when it was too cold out to grill, so I put them in the broiler and they turned out just fine. I also used white rum, because that was what I had on hand. Very good-nice flavor.
