This is the most amazing cake I've ever tried. I used the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site instead of the one that came with the recipe. I didn't remove the seeds for the batter, and nobody could tell there were seeds in the cake. I also took somebody's advice and added sliced strawberries between each layer. FANFREAKINTASTIC!

this cake was great! i subbed as much as i could to make it healthier. i used Splenda mandarin oranges, Eggbeaters, ff/sf pudding, etc. with no problems.
