Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This is the best banana recipe I've been looking for. The finished product was moist and a little crunchy because of the sliced banana. I used three ripe "saba" banana. I mashed the half and half was sliced in a small cube. I added a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. I don't have sour cream, so instead I used fresh milk with 1 tbsp.of lime. It taste great! I will definitely bake it again.
