Elegant Pork Loin Roast
Very yummy! It was tender, and not dried out! The flavor of the sauce and the prunes really were fantastic. This would be a great holiday dish. Everyone loved it and are still talking about it.

Olive and Feta Pasta
We loved this meal and will use it again but will add more garlic when the veggie's are ready to be added so we don't lose the flavor. Also, we would suggest cutting the zuccini in smaller pieces.
