Cheesecake Supreme

This is truly an amazing cheesecake. The only thing I changed was I reduced the sugar in the filling down to 1 cup and added a teaspoon of vanilla and almond flavoring. It's very creamy and even better the following day. I served it with strawberry sauce and got raves on it. I will make this again for sure over the holiday season!

Cherry Cobbler I

I made this for our Super Bowl party and everyone raved about it. I used two cans of cherry pie filling and added 1 tsp almond extract. I also used self-rising flour and it made the most amazing crust. I will be making this again and often!

Sweet Potato Pie IX

I had to make 4 sweet potato pies and had never made them before. Following this recipe was so easy and they came out just beautiful! I reduced the sugar to 2 cups. I followed the recipe on everything else. Everyone loved them. I'll use this one again and again. THANKS for a great recipe!
