I had to make 4 sweet potato pies and had never made them before. Following this recipe was so easy and they came out just beautiful! I reduced the sugar to 2 cups. I followed the recipe on everything else. Everyone loved them. I'll use this one again and again. THANKS for a great recipe!

I prepared this for a group and it was just wonderful! I cooked the chicken overnight in the crock pot then put it all together the next morning. I only used one soup envelope and one cup of pineapple preserves along with two small bottles of the Russian dressing. It made the most wonderful glaze. I will add this to my favorites!

This is sooo good. I baked it at 425 for 15 minutes as suggested, then turned the oven down to 275 for another 45 minutes - perfection! I also added a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and used graham cracker crust. Delicious plain but next time I will add a fruit topping. Really easy and very good!
