Peanut Noodles

easy to make, but had to add more water to make the sauce creamier. i didnt put 1/4 c soy sauce - too strong of flavor.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
i used silicone muffin liners - way easier to clean! i made the sauce a little sweeter and didn't use the mustard. i also did not use cheese or the oats, instead i used bread crumbs and seasonings. the last time i put the cheese in - it made a huge gooey mess

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
i didn't make my own cookie dough - i used the premade tollhouse minis. perfect size and shape for the cupcakes. also found it too watery - need to follow the recipe on the cake box, not here. it ended up making 32 cupcakes...

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2009
I added garlic and herbs to the mix, as well a little more olive oil. I just drizzled it on and didn't use any measuring utensils for the ingredients. I rolled them into slightly larger balls and placed then in muffin pans, using silicone muffin liners. I baked them for about 25 minutes, since they were a larger size. I drained them on paper towels to remove the grease/fat that had settle on the bottom. Heated up a jar of garlic and olive oil red sauce and dropped them in the same pan - letting everything simmer for an extra 10 minutes. Yummy!!

Herbed Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
I deleted the wheat germ and used a full cup of bread crumbs and added garlic and herb seasonings to the dry mix. I also cooked the chicken for 10 minutes on each side, not 10/5. Very yummy!

Spicy Sweet Potato Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
these were pretty good! i sprayed the foil pans with olive oil spray first so they wouldn't stick. i also reduced the time to 7 mins the first side and 6 mins the second side. also i substituted cayenne pepper for fresh ground pepper and sprinkled the second side with sea salt. yum!

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Savoury Sweet Potato Sticks

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
These fries are great! My sister made them, so I know they took some extra time to make, but the end result was wonderful! A big problem baking sweet potato fries is that they don't get crunchy enough to mimic fried sweet potatoes, but adding the Rice Krispies coating adds that extra crunch! We could not stop eating these!
