Autumn Spice Ham Steak
This has become one of my favorite meals. It's quick, economical, and delicious! It may be obvious, but I've found that the better the syrup, the better the final product.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
Made this for a party and everyone loved it. I browned the meat on the stove and then combined all the ingredients in a crockpot and heated on low until I was ready to serve.

Lemon Cream Puffs
The filling for these cream puffs is delicious--the perfect balance of sweetness and citrus. I double the flour and water, so as to double the number of shells. That way I can use all the filling, and any extra shells are a lovely complement to stews and winter meals.
