All Day Apple Butter
loved the recipe. replaced the reccommended 4 c. sugar with 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. honey. found this to be sweet enough. also probably used at least 3 tbs cinnamon. and added a tsp. each of allspice and nutmeg. took about 5 more hours than suggested in croc pot. finished on high instead of low. boiled jars in water to can after making, instead of refrigerating.

No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets
stored in freezer. used skim milk in place of dry, molasses in place of apple juice concentrate, and bran in place of wheat germ. rolled them in oats and cocoa powder/sugar mixture like one reviewer suggested. pretty good, but needed an extra kick. might make again but would add more chocolate this time.

Pumpkin Raisin Scones
great when right out of the oven, but get very hard the next day. also, like other reviewers have said, calling them scones is misleading. flavor is good, but probably not a recipe worth making more than once.
