My Beautiful Wife and Me
About this Cook
I live in sunny Florida with my gorgious wife. We are currently expecting a baby, although we don't know the sex yet. I work all the time, and when I'm not working, I'm either cooking or building something.
My favorite things to cook
I don't know what my favorite things to cook are. I love trying new things, spicing up oldschool recipies, grilling, and i really like making desserts for my wife even though i don't eat too many sweets. Oh, I also make some killer nachos.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I learned how to bake from my mom. I learned how to make simple lunches and cook dinners from my mom and dad. Working at many different types of restaurants and under some chefs taught me the most i would have to say though. There was definately a lot of influence to cook and try new things from my family, and i still think my mom makes the best Italian beef, and my dad makes the best cowboy casserole.
My cooking triumphs
I made a perfect creme brulee for my wife the first time I tried. Most of my friends choose to come to my house to eat over having cookouts at their own houses.
My cooking tragedies
One time I started to preheat my oven that had a plastic plate in it for some reason, nobody still knows why, and i had melted plastic on everything. I also found out what carbon smells like when i fell asleep while cooking noodles once. PS. it took so long to get that smell out of my house.
