Wonderful. I added some corn and black beans, used some fresh premade pico de gallo, and doubled the dressing. I will be making this lot. People were all over this pasta salad.

I like this recipe quite a bit. And there's a lot of room for adding your own tweaks to the recipe.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Pretty good. The time might be a bit long, my chops came out a bit dry. And the do double or triple the amount of sauce for any amount over two chops.

Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
I found out that the smell and taste of cooked mango isn't my favorite. However, I can tell that this is good nonetheless, and my boyfriend loves it. I got the jarred mangoes and just used the liquid from that to cook the meat in, along with the water. I also just used the chili powder, works fine. I used a honey chipolte bbq sauce. I shall be making this again for friends and family.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
I will make this again. This is a basic recipe, but you really should add some extra to make this really worthwhile. I added frozen broccoli and used one can of cheddar and two cans of cheesy broccoli soup. Spice it up with some salt, pepper and whatever else you like. I found it cooked all up within five hours.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

I am new to meatloaf making and this recipe was wonderful. Plenty of room to play around with variations. I suggest doubling the catsup sauce for the meat loaf. Will use this recipe again.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This worked out pretty well. I used a sweetish chicken sausage, some pepper jack and added red and green peppers. I will make it again and play around with spicing it up part. Also, it is pretty hash browny and less eggy than you might expect.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
I have made this twice and have been very happy with it. I add the vanilla in as per some other reviewers suggestion. Perhaps try to use a firmer pear, if you can, but otherwise this recipe rocks. Also, orange flavored dried cranberries are great in this.

Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
Tried it, liked it. Was a mite bland, but I was pretty conservative in trying this the first time. Next time, I shall throw more spices and such in there. We really liked it baked. Very tender and juicy. Marinade this for at least a few hours and poke holes in the chicken with a fork to let the juices seep in.

Nectarine Blueberry Crumble

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
Pretty tasty, though the berries got really runny and saucy. So next time, I might throw in some corn starch or something to firm that up. I didn't use crushed macaroons, as I hate them, so I just made more topping with the oatmeal. I should make more of that too next time. But all in all, a good recipe with plenty of wiggle room to personalize it up some.
