Apple Pound Cake

I recently went to an apple orchard so I had a ton of left over apples that I need to use. This cake was very good!! I added a little more apples than asked for and I also added nutmeg and allspice. I was out off apple juice or cider so I just made a powder sugar glaze. Turned out great!!

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

I was going to make a regular apple pie but only had enough flour for the bottom crust, so I found this recipe. I am glad I did because my husband said that this was the best apple pie he has ever eaten!! A keeper for sure.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Wonderful soup!! Family loved it, husband said it was better than resturant chicken taco soup!! Great flavor with the cheese and sour cream!! Will make again for sure!!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These cookies were good. My 6 year old daughter helped me bake these and we added 1 cup of mini m&ms and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. She loved the cookies when they were done!

Apricot Nectar Cake I

This cake was easy and wonderful. My husband loved and it was gone after only 2 days!! I did not have apricot nectar so I used apricot preserves instead and added a tad more vegatable oil. I also had to bake it about 75 mins instead of 60. It came out great!!
