Meatloaf
I read other reviews about how the meatloaf was mushy so I thought I could improve it. This is how I put it together. I had about one and 3/4 pounds of ground beef so I cut the ingredients down a little. I used 3/4 of a medium onion, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 2/3rds of the can of tomato soup, one egg, 1/2 tablespoon of steak sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup and one and a half tablespoons of mustard. I did add salt and black pepper, also. I topped the loaf with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup. This meatloaf tasted very good, but it did still have the mushy texture and it fell apart. I will try it again and decrease the oatmeal as I think this might be the problem.

Creamy Broccoli Casserole
This is a very nice brocolli casserole. The sauce is rich and creamy. I did add a little more salt and a dash of black pepper. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. I will make this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Savory Chicken Breasts
I am giving this recipe 4 stars because the chicken was moist and tastey. I don't know what I did wrong, but the bread crumbs just fell off the chicken and into the gravy. This made the gravy very thick so there was nothing to put over the chicken or to serve over potatoes. I sprinkled the black pepper over the breasts and then I sprinkled some garlic powder over that. I used cream of chicken soup with herbs and added a bit more milk to the soup. I also used Italian bread crumbs. I will make this again making minor adjustments to the recipe. I will still use the soup with the herbs, but I will use 2 cans instead of one. I will also add more milk to the soups.I want more gravy to serve over the chicken and either potatoes or rice. I will increase the cheese slices and omit the bread crumbs and butter.
