Old-Fashioned Soft Sugar Cookies
Definitely a keeper!! This is a great, simple cookie. It is cakey, which I like I used margarine, didn't have butter, and they still worked!! I think I might try and ice some next time. Oh, definitely sift the dry ingredients together. Thanks for a great recipe!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
I thought this was pretty good, but it needed something. I did end up making more gravy than was called for, I added one can of Campbell's French Onion soup in place of some of the beef broth. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It definitely needed more salt, and some pepper. I still felt something was missing. Next time I will try adding some fresh garlic to the onions and meat, and maybe some oregano to the meat mixture. Still all in all, pretty good served over rice. I will make it again.

Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
great recipe, for variation, try adding half of a diced gala apple, and feta cheese instead of gorgonzola, you can also add thinly sliced green onion or red onion. It is SO GOOD that way too!
