Spiked Fall Cider

Add a little golden rum for some extra kick and you are IN BUSINESS. This turned out to be crowd favorite at Halloween. People at the house liked it and so did the parents of the trick-or-treaters.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

The CSA bin is starting to fill up with cauliflower and this is an excellent way of utilizing it. Also, it is super week-night friendly since it has simple ingredients and quick cooking. Finger lickin' good.
