Italian-Style Deviled Eggs

Great recipe. Gave this traditional dish just the right amount of "something different" without going over board! Took them to a pot-luck and they flew off the plate fastere than anything else. I was lucky to sample one myself! Thanks! Will make again!

Made this with a boston butt for a holiday pot-luck at work. Was a big hit and I, myself, really enjoyed the flavor. Cook time was definately understated, but otherwise, great recipe! Thanks!!!!

Very very good and very very easy! Next time I will only make halft the recipe for our little family of three. Too many of these little guys is dangerous! I did have to add a little bit of milk to make the batter moist enough. Otherwise this recipe needs no changes or additions! Yum!!!

Cucumbers And Egg Salad

I liked it ok, boyfriend did not. We both love egg salad and cucumbers, but apparently not together. Also, I noticed that the water in the cucumbers can out in the egg salad overnight and made the whole thing pretty water. I guess if you made it and ate it right away it wouldn't be a problem, but I usual prepare egg salad the day before. Again, just an OK recipe.
