Pork Chops Over Rice
Although this recipe wasn't as flavorful as I would have personally liked, I am totally sold on it because my two picky kids both loved it! I have a five year old and a seven year old. They both like peas, but I've never had success getting them to eat peas mixed with anything else. This was such a big hit with my family that for the first time in a long time, the entire skillet was eaten! Thank you!
