Sausage Egg Casserole
I made this exactly as the recipe, and it was absolutely fabulous! I think I have a new favorite "breakfast for supper" recipe. :D

Sour Cream Pork Chops
I wouldn't say that it's exciting or anything, but it did make for good comfort food.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
Made this for the first time this weekend, exactly by the recipe, and I loved it! Even reheated, the meat is very moist and tender. I actually like that the meat isn't seasoned heavily "in the crock," that means I'm free to top it how I like when I serve it--barbecue, ranch, honey mustard... :)
