Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
Made this for the first time this weekend, exactly by the recipe, and I loved it! Even reheated, the meat is very moist and tender. I actually like that the meat isn't seasoned heavily "in the crock," that means I'm free to top it how I like when I serve it--barbecue, ranch, honey mustard... :)
