This was easy to make and quite tasty. I did make a few changes to the recipe. I used crushed ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs to get a more buttery flavor. And I substituted garlic powder for the onion powder. I also found that I had to bake my chicken longer than what the recipe called for...I baked mine for about and hour and 15 minutes. I served with white rice.
