Pretty plain. I spiced it up with some poultry seasoning.

A better version... Use the same ingredients plus: 1/4 c water 3/4 c chopped walnuts Add the water to the rest of the ingredients. I use my bread machine's cake setting for cooking. It mixes for 24 minutes (with the walnuts being added 11 minutes in), cooks for 80 minutes, and cools for 16 minutes. The water adds a bit of moisture to the bread and, at least for me, the walnuts are a requirement.
