Mom's Zucchini Bread
I made this and as soon as I took it out of the oven I had people coming up to ask me what smelt so good. I used the topping from another recipe, which was a real bonus. Will use this one for the rest of my life.

Crispy Flautas
This is the way my Mom used to make them when we were little. I know it's not the healthiest, but hey, when do you usually eat flautas? I eat them with some guacamole and cream on the side. So delish!

Tortillas II
I love these tortillas. I make them, use the ones I need, and freeze the rest. I love having fresh tortillas in the morning.
