I'm a stay-at-home Dad to 2 awesome kids ages 7/5. My wife is an Active Duty Military Nurse Practitioner with a demanding schedule. I've been home with the kids since they were born and as a result most of the cooking duties fall on me...which is great since I love to cook. I also work part-time as an RN so quick/nutritious meals appeal to us on those busy weeknights when the family is on the go. Thai, Indian Curries, Soups & stews when the seasons right. Grilling ....of course. I don't really have many cooking traditions with the exception of maybe Holiday Fare. Food poisoning free for several years...knock on wood!!
