About this Cook
Family guy, married for 12 years with three wonderful children. I've been cooking since I was six and cook by taste and not recipe's. I can usually duplicate dishes at home that I try in restaurants and such. I am a nurse by profession. Have a new kick butt AC/DC tattoo!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook on the grill! Also, pastas, chili's, a large variety of homeade pizzas, and slow cooker dishes are my favorite. I love most dishes that have beef, pork or chicken in them.
My cooking triumphs
I would say that my chili, pizza and BBQ are my favorite and most liked dishes.
My cooking tragedies
I just plain dont bake. I haven't had much luck with baking pies, cakes and such. I also do not cook seafood.

Rob's Screaming Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
Man those are good peppers! Ate 10 of 'em in on shot! Screaming, though I'm not so sure of. I cooked them in the oven and the cooking must have taken the "scream" out of them. If your cooking them in the oven you might consider adding come crushed red pepper flakes or something if you truly like these to be hot. I honestly like them just the way they were, just mild and flavorful. I will make 50 of them next time!

White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake
The carmel and almonds in the crust were outstanding. This made three cheesecakes! But I didn't use a springform pan. Very good recipe!
