We made this after a long day of fishing and substituted our freshly caught redfish for the shrimp. It was wonderful! We are about to go fishing again and I'm getting all the ingredients to make it agian!

These cookies are AMAZING! I have tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes in search for the perfect ones. I love my cookies soft, but it seems every recipe I try, the cookies always become hard at some point. These cookies stayed soft and chewy for days after I cooked them. I will definately make these again.
