Cream Cheese Frosting II
YUMMY! Nice and creamy and not too heavy. I used this on a spice cake and it was a great combination. I halved the recipe and it was plenty for the cake.

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin
I had never cooked a pork tenderloin before and decided to try this recipe. It was not only delicious but very easy to make. The meat was very juicy and tender. After marinating it overnight, I froze half of the tenderloin to cook another night. When I did cook the frozen one, it was just as good as the first.

Golden Potato Soup
This turned out so delicious. It was very easy to put together and didn't take long to fix. My 5 year old loved it and so did I. The one problem I ran into was that I could not find shredded American cheese at the grocery. I bought cheese slices instead and cut them into strips. I used bacon instead of ham: SO GOOD!!! I will be passing this recipe on to everyone I know.
