Hamburger Spanish Rice

This was awesome! My picky husband and kids, 1 and 2, loved this. My 2 year old ate his plate, plus half my husbands and mine! My husband and I agreed it needs taco shells or tortillas.

This is very easy and wonderful. My family loved it, and I loved that it didn't heat up the house! I used Fuji apples, I didn't have all spice so I added some nutmeg. I also, always, put a little cinnomon and nutmeg on the apples before cooking them; I added just a few drops of vanilla to the butter before adding the dry ingreadiant, (I mixed all the dry together before adding the wet).

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies II

These cookies are quick, and very easy to make. Every one in my house loved them; they are definatly a great recipie!

Carrot Banana Bread

This turned out great. We left out the nuts and made muffins instead of bread. This makes great muffins, my kids loved these and so did my picky husband. You can't tell it has carrots in it. For carrots I used baby carrots and put them in the food processor. Great quick healthy snack...
