Szechwan Shrimp
I love this! This is perfect as is but i'd recommend doubling the sauce, using extra garlic, using UNCOOKED frozen shrimp, and some kind of green veggie(brocolli or sugar snap peas are great). This is my absolute dinner dish and everyone loves it! The only real work is cooking the rice for it. This is amazing. Oh, if you do you cooked shrimp, be sure to not overcook it or it may be rubbery. Thank you so much for this recipe! (:
