awesome! not sure what's going on with the runny reviews- i chilled the bowl and made sure it and beaters were absolutely clean. maybe the room's temp was too warm or they didn't beat it long enough. it does take a little time. this one's a keeper

this really was good! i took someone's advice tho and used only 8 oz of cream cheese plus 12 oz heavy cream for the sauce. i had to make a reux to thicken it into an alfredo sauce. i also used only 1 can chicken broth. I sauted the peppers in garlic first and cooked the chicken in olive oil, salt, and pepper. i'll definitely use this again! thanks for the recipe.

Great simple recipe especially for parties. The only thing I changed was letting the cookies cool completely down on a rack and then sifting confectioner's sugar on top. Will definitely use this again.
