Mom's Paprika Chicken with Potatoes

Made this tonight for dinner, very quick and tasty. I seasoned the chicken before browning, as we like lots of flavor. This turned out excellent. Will make this a regular in our dinner menus. Thanks for such a simple recipe.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Totally Awesome!!!! I have just made these and they baked up so wonderful and delicious. I doubled the recipe (using the calculator on here) and also using fresh juice from an orange per other reviews. When I rolled the dough I made the size of a walnut and pressed so ever slightly. My kitchen smells so wonderful. I will surely be making these agian very soon. I just don't understand why some are having such a rough time with them baking up so nice. THANK YOU!!!for the wonderful Big Soft Ginger Cookies.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
