I love to cook a great meal for my husband when I have time, but my passion is baking. I love to bake for family, friends. Cake and dessert make people happy and I love to have happy people in my life...! Vegetarian meals and any kind of dessert... I've been trying to perfect swiss meringue buttercream cream cheese icing for a cake I make. This icing has split several times, but I think I have it figured out now - wish me luck the next time!! :)
