I'm a teacher and have recently discovered I liked to cook. My school has a monthly potluck and I started making things for it and discovered it was fun! I like trying any kind of recipe. I love Mexican and making desserts. Thanksgiving and Christmas. It will probably be passed down to me one day. I made a Mexican Eggplant Parmesan and Asparagus Fritata. Since both were new recipes at the time, it took me a while. They turned out great! None to speak of yet. I hope not to make too many.
