I am a super busy redheaded Momma of 3 busy redheaded children. I adore my husband and children.. my family is very important to me! Recipes I've learned from dear family and friends. I have many wonderful memories of cooking in the kitchen with my own mother from a very young age. I am trying to pass that down to my own children... cooking special treats with them on holidays and other occassions. My ranch potato salad, Gail's Mean Frozen Burritos, cheesecake, homemade bread, cakes, pies, buttermilk cornbread (that my husband even told his own mother that I make mine as good as hers if not better.) Dropping the bottom of a spring form pan filled with cheesecake onto the crack of the hot oven door.
